Boorowa Hostel Incorporated (BHI) are a not-for-profit, community-owned organisation which has operated a small twenty-bed aged care facility known as Burrowa House since 1993. The BHI philosophy is to provide affordable accommodations for the older people in and around Boorowa.

BHI is managed by an elected board drawn from the Boorowa community, and in October 2009 there was a major change to the membership of the management committee. A new president, secretary and treasurer were elected along with some new committee members who have wide experience in business, finance and aged care.
